Q. 1. Is there a limit to the number of employees than can be processed through the system
A. There is no limit when one purchases the licence that goes with their needs and can have as according to the number they need.
Q. 2. Is there a limit to the number of people who can access the payroll system
A. There is no limit, you can set up as many users as you would like within your company security policy guidelines.
Q. 3. How long does it take to set up the system?
A. The system itself takes 10 minutes or less, however the data uptake for the parameters to suit your organisation and the transfer of working data can take up to 2-5 days depending on the organisation.
Q. 4. Can I create my own reports when I want?
A. You can create your reports with the dynamic application that comes with the system. This is also an addition to the fixed reports in the system.
Q.5. When should I do my back up?
A. Back up can be done at anytime as according to when you think you have done a major update. We recommend every month after a payroll run.
