PUBLIC NOTICE: SYSTEMS CHANGEOVER FROM ZWL TO ZiG
The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) would like to advise its valued clients that we are in the final phase of configuring our systems to allow the changeover from ZWL to the new ZiG currency in compliance with Statutory Instrument (SI) 60 of 2024.
As a result, all of our automated systems will be temporarily unavailable starting from 14:30 hrs, on 12 April 2024.
During this period, clients can seek assistance from the ZIMRA Contact Centre and nearest ZIMRA offices. The public will be promptly notified as soon as our systems are back online and fully operational. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transitional period.
