5 | Employment & Industrial Relations Training | The course is to eqquip participants through case studies, exrcise and practicals examples on collective bargaining simulations and by examining collective agreements. They will gain an understanding of the collective bargaining process as well as its application to the workplace and factors that affect employee-employer relations, such as mediation, and conflict management. |
6 | Labour Guide Training | Participants will gain knowledge and better understanding of the basic conditions of employment as well as the Labour Relation Act, including relevant regulations and codes of good practice. |
7 | Disciplinary Hearing Guide | Is designed to guide participants to identify the offences that lead to displinary hearing, preparations for hearing, the process and procedure taken, how to apply labour relations during the process. The course will provide the compostion of the displinary committee and the importance of deadlines |
8 | Payroll Practicals | Participants will be learning how to calculate the statutory (NSSA Pension, Wcif, PAYE, AIDS Levy, NEC, benefits, co-payments, any other deductions. The course will pre-empty the importance of tax credits, who is entilted to tax credits and the types of tax credits applicale to employees. |
